RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY


Thank you for shopping at Box Components.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased from Box Components in the last 30 days.
  • The product must be in new unused condition (damaged installed items will not be accepted).
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.

  • Please quote your invoice or sales order number when contacting us.

Once you have received an RMA number, return the product with its original packaging, quoting the RMA number provided, and address your shipment as follows to:

Note:

Returns and exchanges must be in new, unused condition and include the original product packaging and be resellable.

Do not return items without first obtaining a return authorization, items received without prior authorization will be returned to you.

Please return your item within 30 days of receiving an RMA, items received after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

‚óŹ Please address your return as above, clearly stating the RMA reference on the shipment. Actioning your return may be delayed if the shipment is incorrectly marked or missing the RMA reference.

Damaged installed items will not be accepted, and will be returned to you.

Do not use the product's packaging as the shipping box.

Exchanges

If you have purchased the wrong size, color or item, please follow the Return steps above to receive an RMA number. Shipping charges will apply for the shipment of the replacement item.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return/exchange of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Box Components. We suggest that you insure the returned package/s through the carrier. We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to you.

Refunds

Refunds are applied back to the credit card used for the original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Do not return any items COD, these will not be accepted.

Damaged items

If you have received a damaged product in your order, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale/close out items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
